The roads to the property are excellent. You can get here in just about any vehicle and pulling in an RV should be painless. There are very few ruts and the roads are quite smooth.
The lot is flat land with beautiful views of the neighboring hill that is across the street in front of the property. There is dry grass vegetation and some Juniper trees with small shrubs. The dirt is sandy with small stones of jasper and quartz.

In the video you can see what the land looks like strolling around the property. There is a light breeze which is common but the weather can change quickly in the summertime. You can see the view to the north along the road leading the property and hill. The roads are very good despite being dirt. Neighbors aren't too close so you can see there is enough room to have a private feel. There are nice views off in the distance as the land elevation changes.
The land is located towards the south end of the upper portion of Golden Horse Ranch. It can be easily accessed by Concho Highway coming from either Snowflake or Concho. Most of the land to the North is not subdivided. Further to the North is the Petrified National Fores Park. To the East of the Petrified National Forest National Park is Joseph City, Holbrook, and Sun Valley. Much further South of Snowflake and Taylor is Pinetop-Lakeside and Showlow and the Apache Sitegraves National Forest.
